Banners and hero images

TubeCMS lets you add banner images to your homepage and individual pages. Banners appear as a full-width hero image at the top of each page.

Homepage banner

  1. Go to Admin PanelSettingsGeneral, then the Banners tab
  2. Upload an image or click Use YouTube Banner to import your channel banner
  3. Adjust the focal point to control which part of the image is visible on different screen sizes
  4. Optionally add a banner link — clicking the banner takes visitors to a URL of your choice

The focal point slider is important for responsive design — it ensures the key part of your banner stays visible whether your visitor is on desktop, tablet, or mobile.

Page-specific banners

You can set separate banners for individual pages including:

  • Blog / Newsletter
  • Videos
  • About
  • FAQ
  • Contact
  • Merch
  • TikTok
  • Instagram

Each page banner has its own upload, focal point, and link settings. You can also toggle Use hero banner to reuse your homepage banner on that page instead of uploading a separate one.

Supported formats

PNG, JPEG, WebP, and GIF. Images are converted to WebP automatically on upload for better performance.
