Bug reporter

TubeCMS has a built-in bug reporter in your admin panel. If you spot something that doesn't look right or isn't working as expected, you can report it in seconds without leaving the page.

How to report a bug

  1. Click the Report button (bug icon) in the bottom corner of your admin panel
  2. Select element (optional) — click on the page element related to the bug to highlight it, or skip this step
  3. Screenshot — a screenshot is captured automatically. You can draw red annotations on it to circle or highlight the issue
  4. Describe the issue — enter a title and description. Include steps to reproduce, what you expected to happen, and what actually happened
  5. Click Submit Report

Your report is sent to the TubeCMS team along with the screenshot, any annotations, and the highlighted element. You'll see a confirmation once it's submitted.

Tips for good bug reports

  • Be specific — "the save button doesn't work on the blog editor" is more helpful than "something is broken"
  • Include steps to reproduce the issue if possible
  • Use the annotation tool to circle or arrow the problem area on the screenshot
  • Mention which browser you're using if the issue seems visual
