Link-in-bio page setup
TubeCMS includes a link-in-bio page at /links — a landing page with your profile, links, and social profiles. Use it in your YouTube description, Instagram bio, or anywhere you need one link that goes to everything.
Link-in-bio is available on Starter plans and above.
Setting up
- Go to Admin Panel → Content → Link in Bio
- Upload a profile photo (or it'll use your YouTube avatar)
- Add a short bio (up to 200 characters)
- Add your links — up to 10, with custom titles and emoji icons
- Your bio page is live at
/links
Link types
You can add several types of links:
- Custom URL — any external link
- Latest YouTube Video — automatically updates to your newest upload
- YouTube Channel — link to your channel page
- YouTube Playlist — link to a specific playlist
- Website Page — link to a page on your TubeCMS site
- Fourthwall Store — link to your merch store
Each link can be customised with an emoji icon, and you can toggle individual links on or off without deleting them.
What's shown on the page
- Your profile photo and site name
- Your bio text
- Your bio links with custom icons
- Your social media icons (pulled from Social → Social Links)
- Featured video — optionally show your latest YouTube video with a thumbnail
- Subscribe button — links to your YouTube channel subscribe prompt
- Visit website button — links to your main site
QR code
A downloadable QR code for your link-in-bio page is generated automatically. Find it at the top of the Link in Bio admin page — useful for printing on merch, business cards, or showing on screen.
Link analytics
Click tracking is built in — you can see how many clicks each link gets from the admin page.
Using it
Put yoursite.tubecms.app/links (or yourdomain.com/links) in your:
- YouTube channel description
- YouTube video descriptions
- Instagram bio
- TikTok bio
- Twitter/X bio
One link to everything.
