Manage your account
Manage your account, billing, and subscription from Admin Panel → My Account.
Billing and plan
Your current plan, billing cycle, and payment method are shown at the top of the page. From here you can:
- Upgrade or downgrade your plan (Free, Starter, Pro)
- Update your payment method — opens the Stripe billing portal
- View invoice history — with PDF download links for each invoice
Cancelling your subscription downgrades you to the Free plan — your site stays live but paid features are disabled.
Change your email
To change your account email, go to Admin Panel → Settings → General, then the Site tab. Enter your new email address — a verification link will be sent to confirm the change.
Data export
You can export all your site data from the Data Export section on your account page. This generates a downloadable ZIP archive containing your site content, media, and analytics data.
Delete your account
Account deletion permanently removes your site, all content, and all data. This cannot be undone.
- Go to Admin Panel → My Account
- Scroll to Danger Zone
- Click Delete Account
- Confirm by typing your site slug
Your Stripe subscription (if any) is cancelled automatically. You can download an export of your data before deleting.
