Media Kit
The Media Kit gives you a professional sponsor page on your website with live stats from YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram. Share it with brands or download a PDF to email directly.
Enabling the Media Kit
- Go to Admin Panel → Content → Media Kit
- Click Enable to make the page live, or keep it hidden and use the PDF download only
- Your media kit is available at
/sponsorby default (configurable)
YouTube Analytics permissions
To show audience demographics, watch time, geographic data, and engagement metrics, TubeCMS needs an additional YouTube permission. Click Grant Analytics Access in the Media Kit admin page. This triggers a Google consent screen asking for read-only access to your YouTube Analytics — we cannot access your revenue data.
Without this permission, your media kit still works but only shows basic stats (subscriber count, total views, top videos) calculated from your synced video data.
What's shown on the page
Cross-platform summary — total audience across all connected platforms.
YouTube — subscribers, total views, average views per video, video count, upload frequency. With Analytics permission: engagement rate, average watch time, total watch time, age distribution, gender split, top countries, and subscriber growth trend (12 months).
TikTok (if connected) — followers, video count, average views, engagement rate.
Instagram (if connected) — followers, post count, average likes, engagement rate.
Top videos — your best-performing YouTube videos with thumbnails and view counts.
Brand pitch sections
These optional sections help brands understand what you offer:
- Collaboration types — select what you're open to: Sponsored Video, Product Review, UGC, Affiliate, Brand Ambassador, Giveaway, Unboxing, Tutorial, Vlog Integration
- Brands worked with — list previous brand partnerships (comma-separated names)
- Testimonials — add quotes from brands with their name and role. Click "Add Testimonial" for each one
Customisation
- Page name — choose from Sponsor, Media Kit, Collaborate, Press, Partner, or Brand. This changes the URL, navigation link, and page title.
- Theme — Clean (your site fonts), Bold (dark mode), Playful (rounded), Elegant (serif), or Minimal (flat)
- Animation — Dynamic (scroll-linked parallax and count-ups), Subtle (fade-in), or None (static)
- Section visibility — toggle which sections appear (demographics, geography, top videos, engagement, watch time, subscriber growth, TikTok, Instagram)
- Intro text — write a personal pitch to brands at the top of the page
- Business email — displayed as a contact button for brand enquiries
Link in Bio integration
Enable Show on Link in Bio page in the Media Kit settings to add a "Work With Me" button to your link-in-bio page. This only appears when the media kit page is also publicly visible.
PDF download
Download a branded PDF of your media kit from the admin page. The PDF is available even when the public page is hidden — useful for emailing directly to brands. The PDF includes all your stats, demographics, and platform data in a clean, single-page layout.
Data and caching
YouTube Analytics data is cached for 24 hours. Click Refresh Analytics in the admin page to fetch the latest data manually (60-second cooldown between refreshes). TikTok and Instagram stats are computed from your synced post data and update automatically when posts sync.
Privacy
Enabling the Media Kit requests the yt-analytics.readonly scope from YouTube. This is read-only access to your analytics — we cannot modify your channel or access revenue data. You control exactly which sections are visible on your page. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
