Support tickets
If you need help with something that isn't covered in the help center, you can open a support ticket directly from your admin panel.
Opening a ticket
- Go to Admin Panel → Support → Tickets
- Click New Ticket
- Enter a subject and describe your issue
- Optionally attach a screenshot or file
- Click Submit
You'll receive a push notification and an email when TubeCMS support replies.
Viewing your tickets
All your tickets are listed at Admin Panel → Support → Tickets. Each ticket shows its status and the latest reply. Click a ticket to view the full conversation.
Replying
Open a ticket and type your reply at the bottom of the conversation. You can attach files to replies as well.
Can't sign in?
If you can't access your admin panel (e.g. magic links aren't arriving), email [email protected] directly with your site slug and a description of the issue.
