Check TubeCMS status
If something isn't working as expected, the first thing to check is whether TubeCMS is experiencing any platform-wide issues.
Status page
Visit status.tubecms.cloud to see the current status of all TubeCMS services, including:
- Website hosting — whether tenant sites are loading
- Admin panel — whether the dashboard and admin features are working
- YouTube sync — whether video sync and push notifications are operating
- Email delivery — whether magic links, subscriber notifications, and contact form emails are being sent
- API and integrations — whether OAuth connections and third-party integrations are functioning
Why is the status page separate?
The status page runs on independent infrastructure — it's hosted outside of TubeCMS's main services, so it stays available even if tubecms.app itself is down. You can always reach it at status.tubecms.cloud.
What to do if there's an incident
If the status page shows an active incident:
- There's no need to raise a support ticket — we're already aware and working on it
- Check back for updates — the status page is updated as the situation progresses
- Your site data is safe — incidents don't affect stored content or settings
Subscribe to updates
You can subscribe to status updates on the status page to receive notifications when an incident is reported or resolved.
Everything looks fine but something's still broken?
If the status page shows all systems operational but you're still experiencing an issue, it may be specific to your site. Try these steps:
- Hard refresh your browser (Ctrl+Shift+R)
- Check your YouTube connection in Admin Panel → Social → Integrations
- If the issue persists, open a support ticket from Admin Panel → Support → Tickets
