Troubleshooting email delivery

If you or your visitors aren't receiving emails from TubeCMS, here are the most common causes and fixes.

Magic links are used to sign in to your admin panel. If yours isn't arriving:

  1. Check your spam/junk folder — magic links come from [email protected]
  2. Check you entered the correct email — the email is sent to the address registered to your account
  3. Wait a minute — emails usually arrive within seconds but can occasionally take a few minutes
  4. Request a new link — magic links expire after 15 minutes, so request a fresh one if needed

If you use Gmail, check the Promotions or Updates tabs as well.

Subscriber notifications not sending

If your email subscribers aren't receiving new video or live stream notifications:

  1. Check that email subscribers are enabled in Admin PanelSettingsGeneral, then the Email Subscribers tab
  2. Check that the specific notification type (New Video Alerts or Live Stream Alerts) is toggled on
  3. Verify the subscriber has confirmed their email — unverified subscribers don't receive notifications
  4. Check that the subscriber opted in to that notification type when they signed up

Each video or live stream only triggers one notification — if it was already sent, it won't send again.

Contact form notification emails not arriving

Contact form email notifications are only available on Starter plans and above. On the Free plan, check your Contact Inbox in the admin panel instead.

If you're on a paid plan and still not receiving them:

  1. Check your spam folder for emails from [email protected]
  2. Add [email protected] to your email contacts or safe sender list
  3. The notification is sent to your account email — verify it's correct in Admin PanelSettingsGeneral, then the Site tab

Subscriber verification emails not arriving for visitors

If visitors report they're not receiving the verification email after subscribing:

  1. Ask them to check their spam/junk folder
  2. Verification emails come from [email protected]
  3. They can try subscribing again — if the email already exists, a new verification link is sent

Email provider blocks

Some corporate email providers and strict spam filters may block transactional emails. If a specific email provider consistently fails:

  • Ask the user to try a different email address (Gmail, Outlook, etc.)
  • There is no workaround for corporate email systems that block third-party senders

Still stuck?

If you can sign in, open a support ticket from Admin PanelSupportTickets. Include the email address that isn't receiving messages and what type of email is missing.

If you can't sign in because magic links aren't arriving, email [email protected] directly with your site slug and the email address on your account.
